Smart Cyber Cafe is an independent Common Service Center (CSC) facilitation center. We provide technical assistance to help citizens apply for government examinations, update identity credentials, and format digital files. We do not have decision-making authority over government application approvals, exam hall allotments, or statutory certificate issuances. স্মার্ট সাইবার ক্যাফে একটি স্বাধীন সিএসসি সেবা কেন্দ্র। আমরা নাগরিকদের ফর্ম পূরণ, পরিচয়পত্র আপডেট ও ডকুমেন্ট ফরম্যাটিং-এ প্রযুক্তিগত সহায়তা করি। কোনো সরকারি আবেদন মঞ্জুর বা পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে আমাদের কোনো সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের এখতিয়ার নেই।
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Anti-Tampering ৩. টুলস ব্যবহারের নিয়ম ও অপব্যবহার প্রতিরোধ

- Use our image or document tools to forge, manipulate, or create fraudulent government identity documents, fake educational certificates, or counterfeit credentials.জাল বা অননুমোদিত সরকারি নথি, ভুয়া সার্টিফিকেট বা প্রতারণামূলক ছবি তৈরি করার কাজে টুলস ব্যবহার করা।
- Launch automated scrapers, denial of service attacks, or overload our hosting infrastructure.ওয়েবসাইটে বট, স্ক্র্যাপার বা অননুমোদিত অটোমেশন চালানো।
Any account or IP address found engaging in system tampering, unauthorized credit manipulation, or fraudulent document production will be permanently banned immediately, with relevant logs preserved for statutory law enforcement if required. সিস্টেমের সাথে কারচুপি বা প্রতারণামূলক কাজে লিপ্ত যেকোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট অবিলম্বে স্থায়ীভাবে নিষিদ্ধ করা হবে।

Registered operators and users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and authentication sessions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. নিবন্ধিত ব্যবহারকারীরা তাদের লগইন সেশনের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী। অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার লক্ষ্য করলে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানান।
5. Digital Credits & Fair Usage Policy ৫. ডিজিটাল ক্রেডিট ও ন্যায্য ব্যবহার নীতি
Our web portal offers free daily tool allocations alongside optional operator credit balances for high-volume automated batch generation. Digital credits are non-transferable, have no real-world monetary redemption value outside the portal, and are subject to fair usage monitoring. আমাদের পোর্টালে দৈনিক ফ্রি ব্যবহার এবং অপারেটরদের জন্য অতিরিক্ত ক্রেডিট ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। ডিজিটাল ক্রেডিট হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয় এবং এটি শুধুমাত্র পোর্টালের সুবিধাসমূহ ব্যবহারের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

While our browser tools are engineered to comply with official guidelines (e.g., standard photo dimensions, DPI requirements, and file size constraints), it is the user's sole responsibility to verify the final generated images and PDFs against specific recruiting authority guidelines before final submission. আমাদের টুলস সরকারি নির্দেশিকা অনুযায়ী কাজ করলেও, কোনো পরীক্ষার ফর্ম জমা দেওয়ার আগে চূড়ান্ত ছবির মাপ ও গুণমান যাচাই করার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আবেদনকারীর।

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Cyber Cafe and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from portal downtime, browser compatibility errors, government server rejections, or internet connectivity disruptions during application submissions. প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে, ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্নতা, সরকারি সার্ভারের ত্রুটি বা ব্রাউজারের কোনো সমস্যার কারণে উদ্ভূত কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য স্মার্ট সাইবার ক্যাফে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না।
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction ৮. প্রযোজ্য আইন ও আইনি এখতিয়ার
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dakshin Dinajpur District, West Bengal, India. এই শর্তাবলী ভারত প্রজাতন্ত্রের আইন অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে। আমাদের পরিষেবা সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো বিরোধের নিষ্পত্তি দক্ষিণ দিনাজপুর জেলা আদালত, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ-এর এখতিয়ারাধীন হবে।
